Sometimes, after you request a payout, it might be declined without reaching you. The main reasons why the payout may be declined are these:
- PayPal account is not verified;
- PayPal account is registered in a non-receivable country;
- PayPal account is under limitation.
When the PayPal account is not verified, it means that the PayPal account that you are trying to use was not verified in the PayPal system as not enough information was provided in order for the PayPal account to be active and verified. Please follow the instructions here in order to verify your PayPal account.
When the PayPal account is in a non-receivable country, it means that the account is registered in one of the places where the users are unable to receive payments. Please consult the PayPal website regarding the availability of PayPal in your country. You can find further information regarding the availability by following this link. In order to resolve the issue, please make sure that your account is registered in a country that is able to receive payments.
When the PayPal account is under limitation, it means that there were suspicions on PayPal's end regarding your account. This may be caused by PayPal believing that an unauthorized person is using your account; your PayPal account does not comply with regulatory requirements; your account has an unusually large amount of claims and/or chargebacks; and if there is a sudden change of the number of transactions done on your PayPal account. In order to fix the issue regarding your PayPal account being under limitation, please refer to this guide.
